Resting is a skill we can get better at. It is possible to habitually hold on to muscular tension even whilst resting which uses effort. Sessions can help to calm the nervous system and teach you how to rest constructively. People tend to find sessions relaxing, restorative as well as engaging.

Updating and fine tuning body awareness goes hand in hand with ease and coordination of movement. Sessions address how the body moves as a whole, rather than focusing on parts of the body in isolation. Some movement habits create strain on our muscles... Improving whole body coordination involves exploring balance and tension habits.  Would you like to move with more ease, integration and coordination?

Our bodies can sometimes take a bit of a battering, whether that is due to injury, repetitive strain, a long term condition or simply daily activities... my job is to teach people how to move in a way which is kinder to the body and takes pressure off of the joints. Moving better tends to feel better as you find more ease moving around daily life.
