Due to COVID-19 some people are preferring hands-off learning. The online teaching movement has also removed some accessibility barriers for some individuals. So online sessions continue to be available.
From the convenience of your own home or office. Available on Zoom, Skype or Microsoft teams. Online sessions are tailored to you.
A typical lesson will be practical skills based. We will explore your postural reactions and coordination in common daily activities such as sitting, standing, walking and lying down.
A high speed Internet connection.
A place where you won't be disturbed.
Ideally a camera screen you can adjust the position of.
A pile of paperback books, approx. 2-4inches in height.
A rug, yoga mat or nice bit of carpet to lie down.
"Natalie made me feel very comfortable throughout the 6 lessons. We covered a range of techniques and ways to think about my movements. I’m particularly keen on running and we discussed this on several occasions but also looked at other activities like peeling a potato, lifting weights and brushing my hair.
